Who we are

NUKARI FOUNDATION

NUKARI Foundation, Intercultural Exchange Center, is a non-profit organization established in 2019, the International Year of Indigenous Languages (IYIL 2019), as a sustainable initiative. Nukari seeks to sensitize society about the importance of cultural diversity, of the preservation of indigenous languages and the empowerment of Ecuadorian indigenous women, through the development of intercultural skills, the teaching of indigenous languages and the strengthening of capacities in the women of the indigenous communities of Ecuador.
